Charlie Carmena has been raising quality Quarter Horses at his farms north of Baton Rouge and in the fertile soils of Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana for over 40 years. Although he has had horses all of his life, he began specializing in Cutting horses in the 1970s, and purchased some nice daughters of Mr San Peppy, Peppy San Badger and Dry Doc from the King Ranch. These mares in addition to our daughters of Colonel Freckles and Sonitalena have made our program a great place to shop for your Cutting and Cowhorse prospects.
